Key Responsible Area : Customer Service, SCM, Planning, Key Account Management, Customer complaint, Sales order management (B2B), Distribution Management, Operations, Inventory Management, Process Management, Demand Planning, Order to Cash, Cost Management and Customer Management, Heading the Department etc.
To deliver superior customer experience and to fulfil efficient end-to-end order fulfillment activities.
Provide order management-related expertise for continuous process improvement, system harmonization and solutions for process problem solving
Order management performance monitoring using dedicated KPIs and reporting
Establish robust connect with business, functional counterparts and customer services community.
Interact with sales (KAM) and supply chain teams to gain knowledge of customer needs. Coordinate customer visits for in alignment with business regularly
Handling Payment issue & resolving the same proactively. Customer complaint handling along with Quality
Change Management in co-ordination with cross functional team.
Desired Skill : 10+ experience in similar kind of activities. Team handling ability, SAP, Able to handle domestic as well as international customers.
