Job Description Kaleyra is looking for an experienced and dedicated accounting professional to join our team in supporting the America's. This person will be responsible for a variety of financial tasks crucial to the success of our business, including monthly journal entries, weekly reconciliation of accounts and preparing monthly financial analysis reports. Responsibilities

• Assist the Accounting Manager with monthly closings
• Perform monthly journal entries i.e. depreciation, prepaid, P-card
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Review financial statements and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory

compliance

• Reconcile bank accounts
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Assist with audit requests

Required skills and qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in an accounting role
• Proficiency with accounting systems (preferably NetSuite & SAP)
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the

Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (USGAAP)

• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
