Job description

We are looking for a dynamic Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team, responsible for marketing bench consultants and facilitating H1 transfers, OPT/CPT placements, and engagements with candidates across various visa statuses.

Responsibilities:

Effectively market bench consultants for H1 transfers, OPT/CPT placements, and other visa categories.
Develop new contacts with tier 1 vendors and clients.
Understand consultant resumes and format them to meet client specifications.
Search for requirements on job boards and submit resumes accordingly.
Communicate with consultants on a daily basis, providing updates on submissions and interviews.
Maintain regular contact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Submit resumes to existing contacts within our database.
Arrange introductions with tier-one vendors or end clients.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the US recruitment cycle and staffing processes.
Familiarity with tax terms, employment status, time zones, and different visa categories.
Proficiently use job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and free job sites to source candidates.
Conduct active and passive searches to identify potential candidates.
Possess good knowledge of contracts, including NCA, NDA, addendum, and memorandum.
Generate leads through cold calling to acquire new direct clients.
Manage the complete cycle of bench sales, negotiating rates with vendors and clients.
Exhibit strong verbal and oral communication skills in English.
Deal proficiently with candidates on various visa statuses, including H1B, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD, GC, and US Citizens, on W2, Corp-Corp, and 1099 contract basis.
Negotiate rates with vendors and clients.
Keep the team informed about client submissions to avoid duplications.
Track submissions and make regular follow-ups.
Prepare consultants for end-client interviews.
Demonstrate experience with the full cycle of sales, from gathering requirements to closing deals.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in US recruitment, specifically in bench sales and marketing.
In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes, tax terms, and employment statuses.
Proficiency in using job boards and networking techniques to source and place candidates.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage the complete bench sales cycle efficiently.
Familiarity with contracts and legal documentation related to recruitment.
Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
