Role and key responsibilities: - Creating, improvingand maintainingcontent to achieve our business goals and reducing the learning curve. Responsible for any content re-engineering requirements through industry best practices.
- Create, developand edit content for various training related activities
- Create eLearning and gamification courses to enhance existing content for better engagement & reduced learning curve of learners
- Manage New Hiretrainingend to end.
- Bridge gaps in product, process, language, comprehensionand cultural aspects of all LoBs
- Work closely with Ops and Quality team design action plans to plug areas of opportunity
- Responsible as per defined monthly/quarterly/yearlyTrainingscorecards and PLA(Performance level agreement)
- Responsible for managing retention duringtraining
- Manage/create process SOPs andtrainingrefreshers
- ManagetrainingMIS for classes and other relatedtrainingwork
- Should be able to contribute to process improvements and innovation in thetrainingfunction
- Shall be responsible forall risk management & compliance activities as applicable to this role
- Formulate timelyreports and documentation to track progress
- Identifythe training requirements to meet the quality standards
Key Skills and knowledge:
- Effective People Management skills to be able to drive teams across LOBs and/or Geographies
- Ability to drive initiatives to closure
- Ability to deal with all levels of employees and to provideleadership, directionand motivation to build high performing teams
- Analytical and Quantitative skills with excellent data handling / data interpretation skills
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills to manage client and leadership communication
- Familiarity with traditional and moderntrainingmethods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroomtraining, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
- Should understand Transition, which is spread between the Handover, Startup, Manage and Exit phases to be able to manage Transaction Quality functions effectively
- High level of maturity to handle people including but not limited to client, stake holders, peers etc.
- Process Oriented, Planning, Decision making, Data Handling, Ability to prioritize, Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Detail oriented, Strong organizational skills and Presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Flexible to work in 24X7 environment (night shifts and weekends basis scope)
- Total Experience of 4 - 8 Yrs. (Relevant Experience of 2 - 4 Yrs.)
- Experience in Content Moderation shall be an addedadvantage.
Educational qualification: Graduate in any discipline
