Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Modeler - MEPF. The BIM Modeler - MEPF will be responsible for creating and modifying BIM models, developing MEPF systems, and generating construction drawings. The role requires working collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver complete MEPF systems and ensure that models accurately reflect design specifications. Qualifications BIM Modeling, Architecture, and MEP/F skills Experience in creating construction drawings Proficient in using BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop accurate BIM models and MEPF systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field Experience in the construction industry is a plus Experience in 4D and augmented reality is also beneficialJob tags
