Microsoft dynamics F&O manager
Requirements:
Ideally Educated to degree level, Masters preferred.
Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
At least 8+ years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services / consulting firm
Exposure to presales activities would be an added value
Conducting functional interviews
Mentoring juniors
Some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset.
RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset.
Prepared to travel on frequent basis
Experience/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen
Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset
Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments
Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred:
o French
o Spanish
o German
o Italian
Ability to lead meetings and workshop, and to present to the C-Suite
Minimum of 8 years Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations (D365FO) or 3 end to end implementation projects
Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations
Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality & systems for their chosen specialism
Beneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps
Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus
Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills
Role and Responsibilities:
The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team. The D365 Finance & Operations
Functional Consultant will:
Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas:
Finance
HR
Supply Chain
Manufacturing
Retail
Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support & reporting
Work with onsite engagement team & client team to gather requirements, determine expectations & finalise deliverables
Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written & verbal communication & team participation.
Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations
Ability to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap/fit analysis
Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues
Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project
Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial
Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered
Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors
Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
Represent a professional and positive manner at all times
Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO
Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities
