Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kanpur for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, hiring, technical recruiting, and recruiting. The Technical Recruiter will also communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-lifecycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and hiring
• Excellent communication skills to engage and communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
• Experience in sourcing candidates from various job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment sources
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines with good time-management and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Experience in staffing and MSP program support will be an added advantage
