Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Google & Facebook Ads Manager to join our team at SocialCTR Solutions. As the Ads Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing Google and Facebook advertising campaigns for our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The job is based in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Google and Facebook advertising
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing advertising campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are highly preferred
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels, such as SEO and PPC, is a plus

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement effective Google and Facebook advertising strategies for our clients
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to optimize campaign performance
  • Create and manage ad campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting, bidding, and budget optimization
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Track KPIs and campaign metrics to evaluate and report on the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and content, to create compelling and engaging ads
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our clients' campaigns are cutting-edge
  • Provide exceptional client service by understanding their business goals and proactively addressing their needs
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and revenue generation by upselling additional services to clients
