Since its launch in 2013, Imperfecto has become a leader in creating a high-energy dining experience with a personal touch. The chain has won accolades as one of Delhi's top restaurants and is known for its ambient atmosphere and live music. Imperfecto continues to aim high and exceed expectations, and is looking for an Assistant IT Manager to help support its growth.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for an Assistant IT Manager. The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for maintaining and improving Imperfecto's IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking. The Assistant IT Manager will also provide technical support and training to staff, manage vendor relationships, and ensure that Imperfecto's IT policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
  • Experience with troubleshooting and technical support
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and virtualization technologies
  • Knowledge of database management and SQL will be a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and GSuite
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field will be preferred
