Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers, internal and external and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
Work collaboratively with outside vendors and TPx staff.
Assign work request with outside vendors to fill field support request.
Peripheral Duties:
Proficient navigating various software systems related to day to day business.
Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Comprehensive understanding of Networking and Managed Services architectures (both hardware and software).
Ability to regularly communicate in a manner that is respectful, professional and collaborative.
This position does require the employee to be on call periodically for 24x7 call out coverage.
Due to workload, shifts may vary during the 40 hour work week.
Tools and Equipment Used:
Work computer, including word-processing, database and spreadsheet programs; calculator, telephone, copy and fax machine.

Physical Demands:
The employee will need to be able to sit for long periods, talk and hear well enough to participate in a conference call that may last hours or more during the execution of their duties.
