Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Key Reponsibilities :
???Demonstrate key deliverable from analysis phase and document the BRD and FITGAP analysis ???Preparation of functional design document for simple customization ???Support in Functional Testing ???Demonstrate good understanding of the basic parameters and master data setup and should be able to configure with guidance from the functional lead ???Preparation of Test Scripts, Scenario identification based on functional design document ???Relevant Dynamics 365 Certifications

Technical Experience :
???Must be able to execute and handle the basic of E2E process like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay or Retail process. ???Able to support in SupplyChain,Retail,Manufacturing master data setups and configurations ???Support in Regression Testing using RSAT Tool and SITs ???To demonstrate Customer Focus, active listening, and consultative approach ???Minimize Customization and develop solutions using Power Platform ???Dynamics 365 Associate Certifications MB300, MB320, MB330

Professional Attributes :
???Atleast 3.5 years of overall and 3 years of relevant experience ???Contributing to team as a team player ???Understand and demonstrate the requirements and solutions ???Learn new areas modules depending on requirements ???Demonstrate proficient written and oral communication skills
???Exposure to LCS BPM, Azure DevOps will be added benefit
