Job description

After the successful integration of Dewan Housing Finance Ltd. (DHFL), PCHFL is now one of the largest housing finance companies in India.

Today, our retail products include – Housing loans, MSME loans, Used cars, LAS, Personal loans, Embedded finance (Digital lending) , the Company is looking to add more products in the near future and is constantly evaluating potential products and opportunities.

Product Management

•Developing new products and schemes and modification in existing products in the Used cars Loans

•Approval Rollout & training of new product & schemes to all stakeholders

•Monitoring performance and profitability of schemes and products

Process & Policy Management

•Work along with other stakeholders to create & streamline the process with a Digital First approach

• Work along with Policy & Credit teams to bring about changes in policy as required

Sales support & channel development

•Developing new business channels, including alternate and Digital

•Designing & implementing campaigns, sales contests and programs to grow business

•Supporting the sales teams in their various requirements

•Meeting key stakeholders like Channel Partners, Online Aggregators to get their feedback

Performance Management

•Managing the internal sales team and external channel partners for acquiring business & P& L responsibility

•Preparing hiring strategy, scorecard and ensuring increase in productivity of the team.

•Setting targets basis budgets, cost and revenue and to design incentive strategy for contests for the internal sales team and third-party channels

•Ensuring audits, compliance and sales errors are within the necessary guidelines

•Analyzing MIS & analytics to give inputs & strategy to the senior management

•Responsible for designing strategy for resource allocation, new tie-ups, cross-selling

•Responsible for lead management system, tracking & closure of leads & recommend possible improvement

Competition Benchmarking

•Maintain data on competition and external market and suggest suitable modifications

•Portfolio Attrition management

•Responsible for portfolio attrition and re-alignment of strategy

•Managing customer interaction & escalations

•Training

•Execute training programs for sales & product offerings

•Handle sales support, budgeting, campaigns for the product
