Job description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strategic relationships with potential clients.
- Manage a portfolio of prospective clients, acting as the primary point of contact and providing detailed information about software services.
- Demonstrate curiosity and drive to understand the needs of potential clients, utilizing strong communication and relationship-building skills to secure client partnerships.
- Conduct tele-calling and cold-calling activities to engage with potential clients effectively.
- Exhibit confidence and excellent convincing skills while handling client interactions.
- Ensure effective client handling and provide exceptional service to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.
Requirements:
- Smart and effective candidates with a proactive attitude towards business development.
- Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages (average level).
- Experience in tele-calling and cold-calling is essential.
- Strong confidence and convincing skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, with standard working hours from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Willingness to work in a non-field sales role.

Salary: Up to 25,000 INR per month + Incentives
