Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture strategic relationships with potential clients.
  2. Manage a portfolio of prospective clients, acting as the primary point of contact and providing detailed information about software services.
  3. Demonstrate curiosity and drive to understand the needs of potential clients, utilizing strong communication and relationship-building skills to secure client partnerships.
  4. Conduct tele-calling and cold-calling activities to engage with potential clients effectively.
  5. Exhibit confidence and excellent convincing skills while handling client interactions.
  6. Ensure effective client handling and provide exceptional service to maintain and enhance client satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  8. Represent the company professionally in all client interactions.
  9. Uphold a high standard of professionalism and integrity in all business dealings.

Requirements:

  1. Smart and effective candidates with a proactive attitude towards business development.
  2. Proficiency in both Hindi and English languages (average level).
  3. Experience in tele-calling and cold-calling is essential.
  4. Strong confidence and convincing skills.
  5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
  6. Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  7. Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, with standard working hours from 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  8. Willingness to work in a non-field sales role.
  9. Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: Up to 25,000 INR per month + Incentives
