Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The Branch manager is also responsible for adhering to industry regulations, maintaining strict security protocols, and controlling costs.
Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
• Strong sales and marketing skills
• Experience in the financial services industry and managing a team of employees is essential
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any postgraduation related field is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial software
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
