What are we looking for in a candidate
- 1-4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with minimum 1 year experience in UI/UX design..
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
- Experience in creating and maintaining design systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into our design processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What will a candidate be doing with us
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Create user-centric designs by considering customer feedback, user research, and usability findings.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- Effectively communicate design ideas and concepts, ensuring clarity and alignment within the team.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies, bringing fresh insights to our design approach.
