Job description
Knowledge of SAP,
Proficiency in MS Office Good skills in communication and English language Coordination and communication with internal teams (e.g. Purchase, Store, Production etc.) Capability of working on his own to execute complete jobs General Knowledge and understanding of contract law for contract and/or purchase order assessment and risk analysis. Job Description Handling of customer orders according to the commercial order fulfillment process Tracking of internal order confirmations to secure the contractual delivery dates and sending the final order confirmation to the responsible in Sales team Tracking the commercial mile stones in customer projects with the Project Manager Tracking of the packing and delivery process aligned with technical Order Handling (OH) Preparation of all relevant documents for shipment and checking commercial pre-conditions to release the shipment and hand over to Transportation Tracking of all payment related milestones (L/C, Final Acceptance) Regular communication with Sales team in case of changes in delivery content or dates as well as with other Affiliates for intercompany order Organize working place & equipment. Prioritize important tasks and deadlines Prepare documents, briefing papers, department specific reports and presentationsJob tags
