Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Jammu & nearby region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by generating leads, meeting clients on-site, delivering live demonstrations, developing sales strategies and managing sales operations. The Sales Manager will also collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams at head office to develop and execute sales plans, and establish long-term customer relationships.The role requires local travelling (upto 50-70 Kilometres) within the said region and is not a telephonic or desk job.
Qualifications
- A very strong ability to close leads
- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience of 2-3 years, (prefably in K-12 education sector sales)
- Managing sales operations and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to establish long-term customer relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in the education industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
