Job Position HR Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Location - Gandhinagar Gujarat

Job Timings 9am to 6pm

Working days 5 days

Job description

• The candidate should have a prior experience of 1 year into recruitments with good communication skills.
• Design and update job descriptions
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
• Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
