Job Description:
- As a recruiter you are responsible for screening, evaluating and scheduling interviews according to client needs.
- Review and understand technical job requirements.
- Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements or not.
- Should be able to maintain long-term relationships with candidates by continuous follow up.
- Experience in working with clients from either IT, pharma or retail.
- Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
- Network through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees.
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
- Collect data on cost per hire and time-to-hire.
- Work with hiring managers to create job descriptions.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
- Good knowledge on usage of portals and ATS.
