Job description

Job Title:   Customer Service   Executive  for International Voice Process

Responsibilities:

· - Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries .

· - Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns.

· - Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude throughout interactions.

· - Follow predefined scripts and guidelines while adapting to unique customer situations.

· - Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.

· - Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.

· - Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

· - Excellent written communication skills.

· - Strong problem-solving abilities.

· - Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

· - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

· - Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.

· - Minimum Qualification – Undergraduate/Graduate

Working Conditions

· - Shift Hours - 24/7

· - Location – Pune, Viman Nagar

· - Salary – Upto Rs. 3 Lac Per Annum

· - Night Shift Allowance – Rs. 5000/- Dpends on attandence.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹2,60,000 per year
