Job description
Creation and updating the requirements specification for components, integration of safety requirements; creation of contributions for concept specification and vehicle specification
Responsible for ensuring Product Delivery as per the specified requirements, timelines and cost.
Responsible to lead product development project end-to-end.
Coordination of test activities with validation team for the component test
Accountable for effort estimations and timeline preparation and subsequent tracking of these.
Responsible for mentoring and overseeing the activities of the Product Development team with an aim to improve the overall Product Understanding.
Act as technical engineer for automotive starting charging, automotive electronics, infotainment system, controls, and sensors etc.
SOR, DFMEA preparation.
Responsible for working with component teams and suppliers to ensure design robustness and compliances.
This involves clear communication with concern CFT for timely release and development of E&E system with first time right design.
It is also essential for the candidate to actively keep themselves up to date with technical knowledge.
Development and integration of advance system like EVSC, ADAS etc.
At least 7 to 9 years of experience with exposure from product development in automobile industry within the area of electrical and electronics, requirements engineering, system analysis and validation.
Must have played a key role in the complete product lifecycle of at least 1 - 2 Product Development projects.
Good knowledge and experience in CAN tool with knowledge of J1939 protocol is must.
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical /Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics.
Experience in the automotive field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Good competence in product development working process
Knowledge and expertise in product life cycle management.
