1. Day to day accounting i.e. sale entries, purchase entries & receipt payment entries.
2. Preparation of monthly Sale & Purchase Register of all clients.
3. Verify, allocate & and review bills receivable and payable weekly.
4. Preparation of Bank Reconciliation.
5. Verification of Inter Companies Ledger A/c.
6. Month and & year-end closing entries.
7. Produce error-free accounting reports & and present their result.
8. Preparation of depreciation working on a monthly & and yearly basis.
9. Prepare Profit and Loss statements and balance Sheets.
10. Manage accounting assistants & and bookkeepers.
11. Maintaining invoices.
12. Making payments to suppliers (Neft/Rtgs/ Cheques)
· · Requirement
o Accounting Knowledge
o Must work in an Export company or manufacturing company
o Proficient with tally
o Exceptional with MS-Excel
o Candidate must have knowledge and experience in Software, TDS, GST, and Bank reconciliation
o Time: 10 am to 7 pm
o Location- Vasai
o Salary – Maximum 4Lac
o Looking minimum 2-year experience
