Job description
Event Planning and Coordination: Overseeing the planning and execution of various events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and corporate events.
Team Management: Leading and managing a team of event coordinators, assistants, and support staff to ensure successful event delivery.
Budget Management: Developing and managing event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial guidelines.
Vendor and Venue Management: Negotiating contracts with vendors, suppliers, and venues, and maintaining positive relationships to ensure smooth event operations.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborating with marketing teams to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and traditional advertising methods.
Logistics Planning: Overseeing logistical aspects of events, such as transportation, accommodations, catering, audiovisual equipment, and other event-related services.
Travel Coordination: Arranging travel logistics for event staff, speakers, and attendees, including transportation, accommodations, and itinerary planning.
Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with events, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
Post-Event Evaluation: Conducting post-event evaluations to assess event success, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
The profile will include travelling to different locations wihtin India for event planning, co-ordination & execution.
Travel, accommodation will be provided by the company.
