Job description

Job Description :We are seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce CPQ platform to meet the needs of our sales and operations teams. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements to optimize our CPQ processes.Key Responsibilities :- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to support complex pricing, quoting, and contract management workflows.- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Salesforce CPQ.- Develop and maintain custom CPQ objects, validation rules, workflows, and process builder flows.- Implement product rules, pricing rules, discount schedules, and approval processes to automate and streamline quoting processes.- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems, such as ERP, CRM, and billing systems, to ensure data consistency and accuracy.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce CPQ, including troubleshooting issues, resolving bugs, and implementing enhancements.- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce CPQ features and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification is highly preferred.- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer/administrator, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL.- Strong understanding of CPQ concepts, including product bundles, pricing methodologies, quote templates, and renewal management.- Experience integrating Salesforce CPQ with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
