Job Title: HR Recruiter - Non-IT Bulk Hiring

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team and contribute to the recruitment process for non-IT positions in bulk. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of non-IT recruitment, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and attracting top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions in bulk, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet recruitment goals.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, if applicable.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct reference checks and negotiate employment offers in collaboration with the HR team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, preferably with a focus on non-IT bulk hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Experience:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on non-IT bulk hiring.
