The incumbentwillbe responsibleforoverseeinganddrivingsalesinitiativeswithinadesignated geographicarea.Thisroleinvolvesimplementingsalesstrategies and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers,andot herkeystakeholders .
Responsibilities:
- Developandexecuteeffectivesalesstrategiesforproducts,consideringmarkettrends, consumerpreferences,andcompetitivelandscape.
- Identifyandcapitalizeonopportunitiestoexpandmarketshareandachieverevenuetargets.
- Recruit,train,andleadahigh-performingsalesteam,providingguidanceandsupporttoensureindividualandteamsuccess.
- Collaboratewithdistributorsandretailerstooptimizeproductplacement,visibility,and availabilityinthemarket.
- Monitordistributorperformanceandprovideguidanceonimprovingefficiencyand effectivenessinproductdistribution.
- Establishandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithkeycustomers,includingretailers,bars, restaurants,andotheroutlets.
- Addresscustomerinquiries,concerns,andfeedbackpromptlytoenhancecustomer satisfaction.
- Workcloselywiththemarketingteamtoplanandexecuteeffectivepromotionalactivities, productlaunches,andbrandcampaigns.
- Participateinindustryeventsandtradeshowstoincreasebrandawarenessandgenerate leads.
- Analyze salesdata,markettrends,andcustomerfeedbacktoforecastsales,settargets,and performance report .
- Prepareregularreportsforseniormanagementonsalesachievements,challenges,and opportunities.
- Developandmanagetheregionalsalesbudget,ensuringefficientallocationofresourcesto meetsalesobjectives.
- Ensureadherencetoallregulatoryrequirementsandindustrystandardsinthesaleand distributionof the products.
Qualifications:
- Provenexperienceinsalesmanagementwithinthebeverageindustry.
- In-depthknowledgeofthebeveragemarket,industrytrends,anddistributionchannels.
- Familiaritywithregulatoryrequirementsinthebeverageindustry.
- Flexibilitytotravelwithintheassignedregionasneeded.
