About the position:
This job posting is for Senior Analyst/Analyst, Digital Marketing Analytics for a Mid to Senior level position at client end. The position is for Work from Office option and the location will be Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Noida. We would prefer candidates who are flexible to work .
Key Requirements:
- Must have expert knowledge of Digital Marketing analytics and experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture or any other site analytics tools
- A strong background in digital marketing analytics is required; site/campaign tracking, attribution modelling, optimization and A/B testing, as well as measuring digital marketing performance
- Well-versed in online advertising (paid search, display, social, programmatic, product listing ads, etc)
- Enjoys both the science (the data and automation) and the art (reporting and presentation) of marketing data collection, analysis , insights and reporting
- Familiarity/understanding of Digital ad ecosystem including DSP's, DMP's, paid/unpaid channels, publishers/advertisers, campaign events, GA/GTM, UTM's, etc.
- Familiarity with data ecosystem/martech stack, CRMs, CDP, relational databases, etc. and marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Ideal to have strong Excel skills: pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, and chart building, and data mining ability
- Familiarity with UX heat mapping tools (Mouseflow, Hotjar, etc.) and split testing tools (VWO, Optimizely, etc.) a plus
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business, marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in analytical roles, ideally in B2C/e-commerce or B2B as a Marketing Data Analyst (or equivalent title) working in digital, direct response marketing to track, measure and organize funnel data to provide reporting, analysis and recommendations
- Deep knowledge and comfort with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other site analytics tools
- Experience building dashboards for data storytelling through a visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools). Power BI preferred
- Experience with A/B testing and A/B testing tools preferred. (Adobe Target, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, AB Tasty) would be an added benefit to the role
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, R or other programming languages and experience with BigQuery, Redshift a plus
