Our clients include some of Indias top brands across BFSI, FMCG, Construction, IT, Agro Chemicals, and Automotive industries.

Our focus SaaS product is My Incentives a gamified incentive platform designed to drive performance for sales teams and channel partners. The users of My Incentives range from direct sales teams on the company's payroll to indirect sales teams including channel partners, distributors, field sales teams, inside sales teams, retailers, stockists, and gig workers. Our platform offers real-time tracking through gamified campaigns like milestone journeys, races, and target meters, automated incentive calculations, and fast reward disbursal directly on the app.

  • My Incentives This is an end-to-end software to calculate and deliver incentives for enterprises to drive performance for sales teams and channel partners.
  • Buzzz a comprehensive Reward and recognition product for employee engagement that helps drive performance and innovation at the workplace. It is designed to empower business, from accelerating employee engagement to helping appreciate good work and motivating employees to deliver on business objectives.

THIS ROLE REPORTS TO

This role reports to dual line - Managing Director and Head of finance

Responsibilities

Hr Operations:

  • Evaluating, rebuilding, implementing HR processes & admin policies
  • Define and maintain jds, KRA & kpis for each position.
  • Define and optimize departmental KRA along with department head.
  • Maintain all documents pertaining to Employee Lifecycle

Talent Management

  • Planning & execution of performance evaluation
  • Identification and delivery of learning & development needs
  • Recruitment, induction & retention plan.
  • Reduce expenses with 3rd party contractors.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Defining and implementing a uniform salary structure.
  • Finalizing other benefits for employees as per industrial standards.

Organizational Development Interventions

  • Conducting regular feedback and engagement surveys
  • Proactive approach in driving company behaviors and culture across the organization
  • Career progression

Desired Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • 2+ years experience in HR, ideally within a medium sized organization.
  • Masters/university degree in appropriate area of studies, e.g. HRM, business management etc.
  • Flexible and collaborative approach, with an ability to thrive in ambiguity and enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • An empathetic and engaging style.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
  • A well-organized, process orientated and positive approach.
