As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Your primary focus will be on B2B sales, particularly in the education sector, with an emphasis on private schools.
Responsibilities - Business Development: Identify potential clients within the private school segment and develop strategies to approach and engage them effectively.

- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique cashflow requirements and financial challenges of private schools and offer tailored revenue advance solutions that align with their needs.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the private school market to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales Target Achievement: Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Nushala.
- Collaborative Approach: Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies, marketing materials, and innovative product offerings.

Requirements - Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably with a focus on the education sector, especially private schools.
