Shree Sai Tyres, a leading retail company in the tyre industry, is seeking a Back Office Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our sales activities and delivering excellent customer service. As a Back Office Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales team, providing administrative and sales support to help drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the sales team in managing sales calls, including quotation preparation, order processing, and invoicing.
• Coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of products and resolving any order or delivery-related issues.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer communications in the CRM system.
• Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing product information, and offering recommendations based on their needs.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the tyre industry.
• Collaborating with the marketing department to create promotional materials and sales collaterals.
• Assisting in the planning and execution of sales campaigns and events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Back Office Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Active listening and negotiation skills.
