Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Product Manager located in Bengaluru. The Growth Product Manager will oversee the development and growth of Pluto's investment platform through product road mapping, growth hacking, design thinking, product management, and growth marketing. This role will collaborate closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that product growth is aligned with business goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in product road mapping, growth hacking, and design thinking
• Proven track record in product management and growth marketing
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute innovative growth strategies
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Experience in the financial industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. An MBA is preferred
