Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of AR Caller with 1 to 3 years of experience. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and investigating unpaid or denied claims. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as an AR Caller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of insurance policies and claim procedures
• Familiarity with medical billing software
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contact insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies
• Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary documentation
• Update patient information and insurance details in the system
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of claims
• Follow up on pending claims and negotiate payment
• Provide support to the billing team as needed
