About LCX:
LCX.comis a secure and compliant platform for buying, selling, transferring, and storing digital currency. The LCX Exchange is a regulated trading venue offering a range of digital currencies. LCX is a Fintech company that focuses on tokenization of assets, utility and security token offerings and advanced trading tools. In 2020 LCX has gained regulatory approval of 8 blockchain-related registrations by the Financial Market Authority. LCX was founded in 2018 with headquarters in Vaduz (Liechtenstein) and branches in Crypto-Valley Zug (Switzerland) and New Delhi (India).
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to take LCX’s business development to the next level. We have an exciting roadmap of new products that will be coming to market over the next 12 months, and need someone passionate about Crypto to champion them to the broader ecosystem. You must be comfortable prioritizing and qualifying opportunities, and then driving them from origination all the way through to completion.
New Market Makers Relations:
Actively seek and onboard new market makers to work with LCX Exchange.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with market makers.
Oversee and facilitate the integration and setup process for market makers.
Institutional and Corporate Accounts Management:
Identify, engage, and acquire new corporate accounts, large traders, high net worth individuals, and institutional clients.
Provide tailored solutions and maintain ongoing relationships with these clients.
Understand and address the unique trading needs and requirements of each client.
Sales and Relationship Building:
Employ a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and offer appropriate products and services.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
Provide exceptional client service and support.
Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
Stay informed about market trends and developments in the crypto and financial markets.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies that align with client needs and market opportunities.
3+ years or more of experience in a full time work environment, either in an office or remotely
Strong knowledge of Cryptocurrency exchanges, and inbound BD pipeline management
Experience creating and pitching presentations on google slides
An understanding of the economics and game theory underlying incentivised crypto mechanisms and markets
Good Evaluation skills
The hunger to always be driving deals to completion
An existing network within crypto
Strong listening and negotiation skills
Experience writing and publishing BD specific marketing content
be a native English speaker
have a background and proven experience in providing support to customers in the crypto field
be smart, able to resolve enquiries in a professional way
have good contacts in the crypto industry
passionate about cryptocurrencies and fintech.
