Job description
The Dealer Development Specialist plays a crucial role in expanding Digitos' sales reach through the strategic development and management of a robust dealer network. This individual will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and actively supporting dealers to ensure they successfully represent and sell Digitos' range of interactive touchscreens, digital signage, and related solutions. Key Responsibilities Dealer Identification & Recruitment: Proactively research and identify potential dealers who align with Digitos' target market and brand values. Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract and engage high-quality dealers. Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential dealers to determine suitability. Dealer Onboarding & Training: Create and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new dealers are fully equipped with product knowledge, sales techniques, and company processes. Provide ongoing training and support on product updates, sales strategies, and market trends. Dealer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with dealers, serving as their primary point of contact within Digitos. Regularly communicate with dealers to address inquiries, provide support, and gather feedback. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues within the dealer network. Sales Performance & Growth: Collaborate with dealers to develop and implement sales plans and marketing strategies. Monitor dealer sales performance, provide guidance, and identify areas for improvement. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure dealer success and program effectiveness. Market Intelligence & Support: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and dealer needs. Contribute insights to internal teams on market opportunities and potential program refinements. Develop and maintain sales and marketing collateral to support dealer efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development, or a similar role. Proven track record of successfully recruiting and managing channel partners. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of digital signage or related technology industries is a plus.
