Job Description: As an Academic Counsellor at Salezzy, you will play a vital role in connecting educational institutions with their potential students. You will be responsible for guiding leads, raising awareness about our products, and nurturing strong pipelines to drive sales. Your communication skills, combined with a passion for education, will be crucial in achieving our goals. Responsibilities: • Initiate outbound calls to prospective students and educational institutions. • Provide information about our client services and products to potential leads. • Understand the unique needs of each student and tailor pitches accordingly. • Build and maintain relationships with leads to nurture them through the sales funnel. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. • Stay updated on industry trends and Salezzy's offerings to effectively communicate benefits to clients. • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques. • Meet individual and team sales goals and targets. Qualifications: • A Masters or graduate degree in any discipline. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. • Prior experience in sales or academic counselling is a plus but not mandatory. • A strong passion for education and helping students achieve their goals. Working Conditions: • This is a full-time position based at our office on Medical Road, & Dodhpur Aligarh. • You will be expected to work during regular office hours.
