Understanding of social media platforms, content formats & analytics. A keen interest in psychology, sociology and people behavior #NotAfraidOfExcel. Some experience either through an internship or part-time experience in managing and developing new client relationships within the full lifecycle of the account — from onboarding, ongoing account management, technical troubleshooting, to reporting. Being meticulous, detail oriented & focused in driving daily conversations and deliverables (internal & external). Your Primary Responsibilities will include: Managing key projects with efficient execution across cross-functional teams. Cracking briefs, processing and executing client projects independently. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of projects. Maintaining trackers, reports for client interaction, product/ service usage. Planning, strategizing and execution of campaigns. Creating monthly and quarterly reports to determine efficacy and meet KPIs. Preferred qualification is degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Phew! That's quite something. But don’t tell us we never told you!
