SAP HCM Consultant Company: DOT1 Solutions Pvt Ltd Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with 4-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team at DOT1 Solutions Pvt Ltd. As an SAP HCM Consultant , you will play a crucial role in the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems. Your expertise will ensure the stability, performance, and reliability of our SAP landscape, contributing directly to our business operations. Duties & Responsibilities Understand business processes and needs in order to configure the SAP HCM system accordingly Design, implement, and maintain SAP HCM solutions that meet business requirements Conduct unit testing and integration testing of configured systems Write functional specifications for customizations and enhancements Perform go-live support and post-implementation maintenance Train end users on how to use the system Provide expert level support on all SAP HCM modules Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality in order to make recommendations on system improvements Proactively identify process improvements and recommend solutions Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines Effectively communicate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery Serve as a subject matter expert on SAP HCM Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field 4+ years of experience in SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits (BN) Expertise in at least 1 full life-cycle implementations of SAP HCM In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM data models and integration points with other SAP modules Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Join our team at DOT1 Solutions Pvt Ltd and be part of shaping the future of our SAP landscape.
