We are looking for Operations Manager in Hospitality who want to live and work in GCC under Work and PR Visa. As an operations manager in hospitality, your work would encompass a broad range of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the establishment you're overseeing. Responsibilities: You'll be responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff members across various departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. Setting performance expectations, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any disciplinary issues that arise. Ensuring exceptional guest experiences is paramount in hospitality. You'll oversee guest services and handle any guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, aiming to resolve issues to their satisfaction. Responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. This involves preparing annual budgets, monitoring expenses, analyzing financial reports, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue and minimize costs. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards is crucial. You'll continually evaluate operations, solicit feedback from guests and staff, and implement changes and improvements as needed to enhance the guest experience and drive business success. Effective communication is crucial for coordinating with staff, collaborating with other departments, and interacting with guests. Operations managers need strong problem-solving skills to address issues quickly and effectively, whether they involve guest complaints, staffing issues, or operational problems. Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, hotel management, business administration, or a related field is commonly required. 4+ relevant work experience in the hospitality industry is essential. Strong leadership, managerial, and organizational skills Responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and cost control. Strong problem-solving skills are essential.
