senior claims executive

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Claims Executive located in Pune. As a Senior Claims Executive, your day-to-day tasks include overseeing the entire claims process, from filing to settlement. You will be responsible for reviewing claims for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring timely claim resolution. You will also work closely with internal teams and external partners, such as insurance carriers, to ensure efficient and responsive service delivery to our clients.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management for commercial or personal lines insurance
• Strong understanding of insurance products and claims processing
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Experience using claims management systems and databases
• Professional insurance designations such as CPCU or AIC are a plus
