Job description
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media)
• Expertise in using job portals like Naukri, and LinkedIn, Monster.
• Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Negotiation with the selected candidates in reference to the terms and conditions of employment.
• Coordination with the short-listed candidates for interviews.
• Following up with the candidates for interviews.
• Scheduling & coordinating interviews with candidates and technical panelists on daily basis.
• Sending mail for respective requirements.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
