Job description
- Leading Assigned team of 5-10 managers for generating revenue.
- Managing assigned Banks ,Business Parters , Team members & Territory for Health insurance business Expansions
- Managing the BEST PR with assigned stake holders and generating revenue from them
- Ensuring discipline & rigor of daily sales activities & Creating Cross Sell business opportunities from existing customers for retail products including Health Retail.
- Regular review & tracking of team performance.
- Building team capability through regular training interventions.
- To organize sales campaign, product launches and conduct training at partner branches ,Various stakeholders, Bank executives, Regional and Cluster
- Ensuring adherence to end to end business process with in the specified timelines.
- Adhering to regulatory requirements & monitoring quality of business.
- Ensuring timely resolution of queries and complaints, and controlling the instances of adverse customer experience.
- Driving Asset Business and SME Business to cater SME clients
- requirements.
- Driving SME Business and Health benefits as attachment business.
- Coordination with internal departments including Underwriting, Claims, operations etc.
