Role: Sr. Executive - Brand Strategy & Solutions Location: New Delhi Experience :

Job Description: As a Brand Strategist at Rooter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our innovative brand solutions and driving successful go-to-market strategies. Your responsibilities will extend beyond researching industry trends; you will actively contribute to ideating and executing client campaigns across various services.

Responsibilities: Brand Solutions and Media Plan Creation: Lead the development of brand solutions and media plans in collaboration with the sales team Work closely with advertisers to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with their objectives Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for both new and existing products Drive initiatives to enhance product visibility and market penetration Client Relationship Building: Actively participate in client meetings to pitch creative ideas and strengthen client relationships Provide insights and recommendations to address client needs effectively Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including media and communications, sales, trade marketing, supply chain, and brand communications Engage with external stakeholders, such as partner SPOCs and vendors, to foster innovation and deliver successful campaigns Sales and Strategy Collateral Creation: Lead the creation of sales and strategy collateral, including product guides, case studies, and sales enablement materials Ensure materials are aligned with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages Campaign Activation and Creative Production: Facilitate the activation of campaigns, working closely with creative teams and ensuring seamless execution Oversee the creative production processes to maintain quality and timeliness Post-Campaign Analysis: Own the post-campaign analysis, providing detailed findings and recommendations Use insights to optimize future campaigns and drive repeat business

Required Skills: Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to navigate datasets and derive meaningful insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and client engagement Strong aptitude for time management, multitasking, and working with agility Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, both internal and external Willingness and motivation to learn all aspects of the business, both within and outside the marketing domain If you are a dynamic professional with a passion for developing innovative brand solutions and driving successful go-to-market strategies, we invite you to apply.
