Job description
The role of the Room Division Manager would encompass the following:

A division manager is a senior-level position within an organization. They are responsible for overseeing all aspects of their division's operations (HK, F&B and R&M), including developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of the rooms division, including front office, reservations, housekeeping, and engineering.
- Have experience in working with Hotel softwares like Axis Room, IDS.
- Coordinate with OTA's for pricing and collaborations with local travel agencies.
- Ensure that all departmental policies, procedures, and service standards are met
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work with team members to address areas of opportunity
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy through effective yield management practices
- Prepare annual departmental operating budgets and capital expenditure requests
- Manage payroll and other controllable expenses in accordance with budget guidelines
- Participate in the development and implementation of hotel-wide marketing plans
- Foster a positive working environment and culture that promotes employee engagement and retention
- Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Conduct regular meetings with department heads to ensure open communication and smooth operations
- Supervising guest services staff in order to ensure that all clients receive prompt attention to their needs.
- Ensures that entire staff maintains a critical eye on all aspects of Property physical care
- Formulate strategic directions towards effective management of Property operation.
- Provides suitable business controls & administer policies/ processes / procedures.
- Advise management on budgeting (Operational / revenue).
- Monitor SLAs & KPIs towards effective service delivery.
