Technical Lead

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Lead who will be responsible for managing a team of developers and overseeing the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of software products. Additionally, the Technical Lead will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in project planning, and manage project timelines and budgets.

• Expertise in software development, with strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
• Proficient in at least one programming language such as Java, Python, or C++
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience with cloud-based architectures such as AWS or Azure is a plus
