One of our client is looking for Full-time Endur Developer role located in Pune, India with 5+ years of experience in Endur. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in configuring and extending Endur to meet specific requirements, demonstrating a deep understanding of its functionalities. Prior experience working for a management consulting firm would be advantageous, coupled with strong business analyst skills. This includes proficiency in conducting client interviews to gather and document business requirements, as well as developing comprehensive process maps and functional specifications. Additionally, the candidate should have a history of successfully leading client teams through testing and training exercises, ensuring a smooth transition during go-live cutover phases. Moreover, the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and provide ongoing user support is essential for this role.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Endur, OpenLink, and Java
• Experience with agile software development methodologies
• Excellent knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms
• Experience with software development life cycle processes, including requirements gathering, analysis and design, development tools and technologies, release and version control, testing methodologies, and deployment management
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in small teams, as well as independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
