Job description

Job Purpose:

To perform administrative tasks in the HR department such as employee management, hiring processes, employee welfare programs, training and development thereby effectively managing the employee lifecycle.

Scope:

IT Recruitment, Training and Development, payroll and other HR administration

Key Accountabilities

*Sourcing and co-ordinating interviews through recruitment portals and other sources *Job Posting/Head Hunting /Resume screening /walkins/ Calling etc *Co-ordinating onboarding processes *Maintaining recruitment data and updating recruitment dashboard *Proficient in MS office applications and HRIS *Assist in implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures *Administer employee benefits including leave management and health insurance *Assist in training and development programs *Implement programs to improve employee performance *Handle employee grievances

Qualification and Skills *Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field *Minimum 1 year of experience in HR preferably in IT industry *Excellent communication skills *Detail oriented with strong organizational skills *Ability to maintain confidential information and handle sensitive situations
