# Oversee competition mapping, market opportunity analysis, and product application examination, ensuring thorough analysis of competitor products and customer mapping across various segments.
# Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for new product launches, encompassing product nomenclature, branding, pricing, and effective communication to drive market penetration and growth.
# Act as a liaison between various departments, being the voice of the customer in new product development and suggesting innovative features to introduce in specific markets or product segments.
# Analyze costing and packaging dimensions, aligning product packaging with customer requirements while executing activities related to sample management and exploring opportunities for new /tool additions.
# Prioritize in-house projects based on market demand, gestation period, and strategic importance, while performing demand forecasting and coordinating change management aligned with customer feedback for quality enhancements.
# Coordinate and track daily billing activities and dispatch plans with the logistics team, ensuring smooth execution while reviewing and ensuring effective product change management and price management strategies.
# Resolve technical issues and application-related concerns alongside the Technical Services team, collecting feedback post-productionization, and initiating corrective actions based on customer complaints trends.
# Review customer complaints trends, ensuring necessary corrective actions are taken, and travel as required to engage with concerned stakeholders in line with organizational requirements.
