. Plan and implement national & regional channel level strategies at multiple touchpoints of consumer journey to drive conversions.
. Devise trade activations & promotions to optimize stock levels in the chain, stimulate sell-out and loyalty of distribution channel.
. Monitors and tracks the impact of new activities through sales metrics and reviews and implements strategies for improving activation efficiency and productivity.
. Ensures execution as per planned timeline, budgets, and brand integrity.
. Diligently work with local sales team to realize sales targets at key customers and provides input for local strategies.
. Optimizes shelf (portfolio, promotions, etc.) Prescence and visibility and improves customer experience at purchase point to drive brand preference, increase conversions and ASP
. Manage, train, motivate and retain Branch Activation Managers.
. Drive retail training, POSM and concept selling.
. Improve share of mind among HCPs and develop them into advocates for the brand. Devise a robust medical advocacy program including content, training, incentives.
. Develop advocacy content and plan for new product launches. Lead training to build SAM capability.
. Be actively and consistently present in the field on a regular basis to implement and monitor trade marketing initiatives and meet with key trade partners to understand and manage their expectations.
