Job Purpose -

To promote brand and its products through ATL and BTL brand marketing efforts

Roles and Responsibilities -

Liaison closely with internal, external stakeholders and agency to chart out social media communication buckets in line with business objectives Ideate and create MoM social media calendar, analyze reports, and decide the way forward to improve social media marketing efforts Increase followers, engagement, website visits, product awareness, brand-related content on social handles Work closely with digital marketing team to drive inorganic campaigns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop direct-to-customer, and channel partner campaigns End-to-end and timely execution of campaigns & tracking of campaign results

Qualification & experience -

Degree in related discipline, Experience in NBFC or BFSI, preferably lending. Min. 1 year experience

Essential skills-

Experience in social media marketing and knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as FB, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Quora, etc. A proactive and creative mindset with the ability to execute brand campaigns Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills Understanding of Financial services, lending products and services
