Position Overview: The Leadership Development Trainer/Operations Excellence/Ops Management Trainer will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership and operational capabilities of our employees. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering training programs that align with our organizational goals and drive continuous improvement in leadership skills, operational efficiency, and overall excellence in operations. Key Responsibilities: Leadership Development:

Design and deliver leadership development programs focused on building and enhancing leadership competencies at all levels within the organization. Conduct assessments to identify leadership development needs and create targeted interventions. Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders and high-potential employees. Operations Excellence:

Develop and implement training initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, process improvement, and overall excellence in operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline processes. Facilitate workshops on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive a culture of continuous improvement. Ops Management Training:

Create and deliver training modules related to operations management, including but not limited to project management, resource optimization, and performance metrics. Provide guidance on effective resource allocation, project planning, and risk management. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training programs and operational goals. Assessment and Feedback:

Develop and implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods. Collaboration:

Work closely with HR, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand organizational needs and tailor training programs accordingly. Collaborate with external experts and industry professionals to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and operations management. Qualifications:

Bachelor's /MBA degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in designing and delivering leadership development and operations management training programs. Strong understanding of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze organizational needs and create targeted training solutions. Relevant certifications in leadership development, project management, or operations management are a plus.
